At one property she helped us measure the carpet to get an estimate of what it would cost to replace it – that's the kind of person she is, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Plus she's one of the nicest persons we've ever met. She anticipates needs and is efficient solving any problems that arise.
